Welcome to XINNO Launchpad – where we are committed to empowering learners through industry-relevant Oracle Fusion ERP and professional development training. The following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in any training course, program, or service (“Program”) provided by XINNO Launchpad (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling, you (“you,” “participant,” or “learner”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Enrollment and Access

Enrollment in any XINNO Launchpad course is confirmed only upon full or partial payment. Upon successful enrollment, learners will receive access credentials to the course, learning resources, and support channels. Training access includes live interactive sessions, recorded modules, assignments, and downloadable materials as outlined in the specific course curriculum.

XINNO Launchpad reserves the right to approve or reject any application for enrollment at its sole discretion.

2. Training Delivery and Format

Programs are delivered in a combination of live online classes, recorded video content, reading materials, and real-world business test cases. Sessions may be conducted in group or one-on-one formats based on course type. The schedule, duration, and structure of live sessions are communicated in advance and may vary based on batch size, time zone considerations, and trainer availability.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions, modify delivery platforms, or change trainers due to unforeseen circumstances while ensuring quality of delivery is maintained.

3. Faculty and Mentorship

All training sessions are conducted by industry professionals with a minimum of 10–15 years of experience in their respective domains. One-on-one mentorship may be offered based on course scope and package tier, subject to mentor availability and learner commitment.

While XINNO Launchpad ensures the best quality in faculty selection, we reserve the right to replace or rotate trainers for operational reasons.

4. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct, respect fellow learners, trainers, and support staff in both physical and virtual environments. Abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior may lead to immediate removal from the program without refund or further warning. Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, redistributing, or commercializing any part of the training content. Futher Legal action can be taken as necessary

5. Certification Criteria

XINNO Launchpad provides Course Completion Certificates upon successful fulfillment of course criteria, which may include:

Attendance of minimum required sessions (typically 70% or more)
Completion of assignments or mock projects
Participation in assessments (if applicable)
XINNO Launchpad reserves the right to provide Course Completion Certificate at its sole discretion.
Certification from Oracle (e.g., Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) is supported through guidance, but must be earned via Oracle-authorized exam portal and is not issued by XINNO Launchpad.

6. Fees, Payments & Installments

Course fees are communicated via official sales channels. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
Payments can be made via authorized payment gateways. XINNO Launchpad does not store or retain payment credentials.
Installment options may be provided based on course type and approval. Access to course content may be restricted if any installment is overdue.

7. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We are committed to providing quality training that brings value. If you are not satisfied with our program, you are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding tax if any) within 15 calendar days of enrollment, subject to the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

You must submit a written refund request to support@xinno.co.in within 15 days of your course start date.
You should not have attended more than 30% of the live sessions or completed more than 30% of the course modules.
The refund request must include a valid reason for dissatisfaction.
You must not have downloaded substantial proprietary materials or participated in one-on-one sessions during the period.
Not involved any misconduct during the course
XINNO Launchpad reserves the right to provide refund at its sole discretion.

Refund Process: All eligible refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Note: The money-back guarantee is a goodwill gesture to ensure satisfaction and trust. Abuse or repeated requests from the same participant may lead to ineligibility for future programs.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials including but not limited to video lectures, presentation slides, documents, assignments, source code, and mentorship content are the exclusive intellectual property of XINNO Launchpad.

You may use the content solely for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or re-use without written consent is strictly prohibited and legal action is taken as necessary.

9. Job Assistance Disclaimer

While XINNO Launchpad provides resume building, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and job referral support through partner networks, we do not guarantee placement.

Success in job placement depends on the individual’s skill application, communication, attitude, and effort.

Placement Support Duration

Placement assistance will be provided for up to 2 months post-completion of the training.
Extensions, if any, are at the sole discretion of the placement team based on performance and feedback.

Placement Process

Students must participate in resume-building sessions and mock interviews organized by the institute.
Active participation in all placement activities (e.g., test rounds, interviews, follow-ups) is mandatory.
The placement team will share job opportunities through email, WhatsApp groups, or student portals

Referrals & Company Tie-ups

The institute will facilitate job referrals through its partner network and hiring partners.
Interviews will be arranged only for students who meet specific job requirements.
Final selection rests with the hiring company, not the institute.

Offer Acceptance

Once a student accepts an offer through our placement program, they must not apply through alternative channels to the same company.
Students are expected to attend interviews professionally and respond to offers in a timely manner.

Code of Conduct

Professional behavior is expected throughout the placement process.
Misrepresentation of skills, qualifications, or experience will lead to disqualification from placement assistance.

Limitations

The institute does not guarantee a job; placement is based on student performance and industry demand.
In-company placements are subject to available roles, company requirements, and individual compatibility.

In-Company Placement

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for In-Company Placement:
- The student must have completed 100% of the training modules.
- All assessments and mock projects must be submitted and evaluated.
- A minimum attendance of 90% is mandatory.
- Final evaluation by the mentorship team must be cleared.

10. Limitation of Liability

XINNO Launchpad is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in the course.

We are not liable for external delays (e.g., internet issues, third-party service interruptions) or actions taken based on training guidance.

11. Privacy Policy

All personal information provided during registration is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

Information is used only for training delivery, communication, certification, and internal analytics. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India.

Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Telangana, India.
